The Uriel Owens Chapter provides the following services for those
with sickle cell disease:
- Transportation voucher (for travel to and from a medical facility)
- Emergency financial assistance (food, prescriptions, utilities, etc.)
- Referral assistance
- Scholarship assistance
- Speakers are available for community organizations and health fairs
